Steps
- Check your terminal on the boarding pass or in the airline app on the day you fly. Terminals in Riyadh and Jeddah changed in 2026 and can change again.
- Riyadh: the Riyadh Metro Yellow Line stops at Terminals 1–2, 3–4 and 5. The airport lists its hours as 6 am to midnight.
- Jeddah: the Haramain High-Speed Railway station at the airport connects to Makkah and Madinah.
- Use licensed airport taxis or ride-hailing apps from the official pick-up area only.
- At drop-off lanes, unload and leave. Waiting longer than the free time brings a fee.
- For long trips, compare long-stay parking with a taxi for the round trip. Pay at the exit kiosks or by scanning your parking ticket.
- Pack checked bags in a proper suitcase or box. Jeddah airport has said it does not accept round, cloth-wrapped or rope-tied bags, or bags with long straps.
Important: Flight schedules can change at short notice. Check your flight status in the airline app before you leave for the airport.
